We spearhead maintenance requirements, manage maintenance projects as needed, and ensure proper care for your property.
Our firm is fully licensed to manage condominiums and townhomes in the Province of Ontario. We facilitate meetings of the Board of Directors, Annual General Meetings, issue status certificates as required, and initiate reserve fund studies as needed.
